DA UPDATE OF LATENESS!!!!
I have now been active on DA for 1 year and 8 months~~ *WHOOOOOOOT*
AND i've had 20,000+ hits in that time!!!! *wibbles out of happiness* THANKYOU SO MUCH EVERYONE!!!!! これからもよろしくな～

Its been a while since I’ve updated my DA Journal, and I’ve done a lot since then - and planning a lot of things that are yet to come!

Life
So my life is now largely involving my girlfriend Aly (I love saying this!! It gets me feeling so squeeful and giddy each time I do! ) We have been living together since basically we got together between my place and her mum’s house - it has just gone 7 months now!!!! (whoot!) And with everything that we really want in life unable to be satisfied here in Perth, we are moving to Melbourne.

We will be there in late July after our EPIC DRIVING ACROSS AUSTRALIA ADVENTURE!!!!!! We are packing up my car, and together with my dad in his camper-van will be setting off on a 4-5 day treck, and doing a Gurren Lagan Shoot in the middle of the desert (with Dad agreeing to be a random kangaroo creature we are hunting!)
As for Melbourne, we are planning on being their for at least a couple of years to do university studies and general life-in-awesome-tastic-melbourne, and then eventually head to Japan/Korea and beyond. Travel has always been a huge thing for both of us, so we are working towards travelling and working – experiencing the world will open your mind and heart…to boldly go where you have never gone before!!! (weeeeeee~~~~~~~~)

So at the moment, I’m working my last week here in my office *waves goodbye to fulltime pay…*cries*…and living on savings and selling old cosplay bits and bobs which I don’t’ need anymore… plus doing some commissions for some ppl who have asked me etc, which will give me a bit of monies!
OMG MY WORKMATES FROM JAPAN GOT ME VOLUMES 1 – 8.5 OF THE PANDORA HEARTS MANGA!!! I LOVE MY WORKMATES!! I'm not going to be slack, and i plan on actually writing the english translation down so Aly can edit my "engrish" & read the manga too!

Speaking of monies – I just got a new laptop!!! (yay for upgrading after 5 years of old laptop and 6 1/2 year old PC!). So am just barely holding in there. Soon I will be stopping rent in July which will be taken over by “White Lily”, who is also buying my bed and some other furniture’s which I have been told will be painted to pink! (I want to see photos of this! )

Family & Friends
I am allowed to say this now – I am going to be an Auntie for a second time! My brother and his wife are awaiting the birth of their second child after little Kahel (who I have yet to meet!) Will go up to meet them in Newcastle in October/November.

Just attended Jen’s wedding last weekend – it was wonderful! She was such a beautiful bride, and Chaz looked very handsome in a tux! Great to see everyone there celebrating a friend together and look forward to future meets!

Cosplay
GAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH GOT SO MUCH TO DO AND CATCH UP ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve been doing quite a bit actually since I last posted – I went to Waicon 09, Brisnova, Mini-animania in Melbourne and got into the finals of Australia WCS 2009 with our Utena cosplay (YAY FOR S.M.E.X!!!) ….but its just too much to write here!!! I plan to do a back-log of photo postings…but I just haven’t gotten around to it yet. Probably after I finish work, I’ll have more time to update & put more pics up!!! ( I PROMISE Catty!!!!!)

At the moment I’m working on my WCS costume for the finals – I’m about 70% done on the base…but there is still a good chunk to go before I can say I’m finished! I’m being completely detailed in this costume, as it is a special one to me – what with doing together with Aly
